 Description:
 The design consists of two images. The first is the logo of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU. Around the logo are the words “ESPANA 2023 – PRESIDENCIA ESPANOLA” and “CONSEJO DE LA UNION EUROPEA” (Spain 2023 – Spanish Presidency and Council of the European Union). The second image, at the bottom of the coin, is an “M” with a crown on it, the mint mark of the Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre Real Casa de la Moneda. The outer ring of the coin features the twelve stars of the European flag
