Subject of the commemorative coin:
 50th Anniversary of the Declaration of Civil Rights and the Fundamental Principles of the Legal System of San Marino

 Description of the design:
 In the centre is an image of an open book with the inscription “I DIRITTI DELLA PERSONA UMANA SONO INVIOLABILI” (Human Rights are Inviolable), taken from Article 5 of Law No. 59 of 8 July 1974 (“Declaration of Citizens’ Rights and Fundamental Principles of the San Marino Legal Order”). At the top are the silhouettes of the Statue of Liberty and the Palazzo Pubblico, as well as the name of the issuing country “SAN MARINO”. On the left is the letter “R” for the Mint of Rome. At the bottom are the year of issuance “2024” and the initials of the engraver Emanuele Ferretti (“EF INC.”). The outer ring of the coin features the twelve stars of the European flag.
