 Description of the design:
 The design features a number of traditional games popular with Maltese children. These include marbles, spinning tops, and the traditional making and flying of kites. It also features a Maltese version of hopscotch, known locally as “passju”. The three bees flying in a circle are a reference to a popular song that Maltese children sing while playing. The design includes the name of the issuing country, “Malta”, and the year of issuance, “2020”. The outer ring of the coin features the 12 stars of the European flag.
