 Description:
 The inner part of the coin depicts on the right the effigy of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke Henri, looking to the right, while on the left, vertically, the years “1839” and “2014” and the name of the issuing country “LËTZEBUERG” appear. At the bottom of the inner part of the coin are the inscriptions “ONOFHÄNGEGKEET” and “175 Joër”. The coin’s outer ring depicts the 12 stars of the European flag.
