 Description of the design:
 The coin features an effigy of the Grand Duke in front of an image of the Grand Ducal Palace. The year of issue, 2007, is shown on the left, with the engraver’s mark above and the mint mark below. The word “LËTZEBUERG” is at the bottom of the design. The 12 stars of the European Union are shown along the outer ring of the coin.
