 100th birthday and 20th anniversary of death of François Mitterrand

 Description of the design:
 The design shows a side view of François Mitterrand in deep thought. To his right is the man’s personal symbol: the combination of an oak and an olive tree. To his left are his year of birth and the year of his 100th birthday (“1916” and “2016”), and above them his name is indicated. At the bottom is the indication of the issuing country: “RF”. The coin’s outer ring bears the 12 stars of the European flag.
