 Description of the design:
 The 2-euro commemorative coin features the year 1863 with a shoot growing out of it, symbolising the beginning of democracy and the development of Finland. At the bottom, in a semi-circle, is the name of the issuing country “SUOMI FINLAND” (the two words are separated by the mint mark) and the year “2013”. The coin’s outer ring depicts the twelve stars of the European flag.
