Furthermore, the name “BERLIN” and the mint mark of the respective mint (“A”, “D”, “F”, “G” or “J”) are inscribed at the bottom of the inner part, while the country code of the issuing country “D” is inscribed at the top right, the year “2018” at the top left and the engraver’s mark at the bottom left. The coin’s outer ring features the 12 stars of the European flag.
