 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

 Description of the design:
 The inner part depicts curved lines radiating from a rectangle containing the number 60. At the top is the year 2008 and at the bottom the inscription “UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS”. The name of the country in its three official languages “BELGIE — BELGIQUE — BELGIEN” appears at the bottom in a semi-circle. The mint mark appears on the left and the mark of the mint master on the right. The 12 stars of the European Union are depicted on the edge.
