The name of the issuing state “ANDORRA”, which surrounds several reproductions of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, signifies the state’s commitment to preventing the spread of the virus and taking care of its citizens. The design also features the date of issuance “2021”. The coin’s outer ring features the twelve stars of the European flag.
