 50 years of universal suffrage for women
 Description of the design:
 The design of the coin features a woman’s face wrapped in endless moving lines. These lines are formed by Catalan women’s names placed so close together that they are difficult to read individually, as a tribute to the solidarity of women in the fight for their rights. The inscriptions “50 ANYS DEL SUFRAGI UNIVERSAL FEMENÍ (50 years of universal suffrage for women) and “ANDORRA 1970 - 2020” complete the design. These inscriptions are integrated into the lines in such a way as to place greater emphasis on the anniversary being commemorated. The coin’s outer ring features the 12 stars of the European flag.
