As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the ordered products.

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made to date.

When you return a delivery or part of a delivery, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We will wait with the refund until we have received the goods.

 

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to cancel the agreement.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
